During the peak of the pandemic I was asked whether I wanted to take on the responsibility of leading the team of COVID testings in own test stations and for company clients (mostly federal ministries and public authorities). It was my responsibility to develop structures and processes for the team of around 70 employees which I lead. I was responsible for the communication with new and existing clients and was the interface with logistics, lawyers, payroll preparation, IT and marketing.

The company was connected to Fürstresidenz GmbH and the responsibilities and tasks were similar.

I joined Contentful as employee number 19 and helped grow it up to 160 employees. I was responsible for Finance, Payroll, HR, Office Management and Real Estate Management and Inhouse IT. When the team grew, we formed separate teams for HR and Finance and I handed over the responsibility.
