Basicly, i manage and develope a advisory, consulting and design practice. My goals are deliver solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize workflows, and leverage data and analytics.I have also a certified ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Catalyst, with expertise in various Microsoft platforms, such as Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. I have a strong understanding of different industries and business functions, and a passion for empowering customers to achieve their digital transformation goals. I am also interested in the impact of digitalization on work, well-being, and customer-centricity, and the role of co-pilot and artificial intelligence in enabling innovation and growth.
