Current- Ensure business continuity and operational efficiency. - Enable the holistic set of business capabilities based on resilient and innovative technical solutions.- Accountable to co-create platform, system and application roadmaps for a holistic Warehouse strategy.- Lead, manage and encourage teams within an agile/matrix environment.- Closely cooperate with chapters, business domains and strategic vendors.- Partnering with various stakeholders across Roche IT, Divisions and Supply Chain Organizations.- Drive innovation and automation for plattform management. - Take accountability for System Ownership, compliance and lifecycle management.- Transparent definition and management of product service levels and governance.- Ensure alignment of operational support model(s) with stakeholder needs.- Improve total product cost, including budgeting and financial management.
