Also verify the compiles , and inputs application information for mortgage loansProcessor reviews residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage applied for including but not limited to borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment, credit reports, employment histories, property appraisals and title insurance information to prepare loan applications for underwriting submittal.Loan Processor recommends that loan not meeting standards be denied. Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines and lending-program requirements.Calls or writes credit bureau and/or employer to verify accuracy of information.Calls specified companies to obtain property abstract, survey, and appraisal.Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.Mortgage Loan Processor submits mortgage loan application file for underwriting approval.Working knowledge FNMA/FHMLC/FHA/VA/USDA loan products including AUS, DU/LP/GUS.Experience working in a wholesale capacity partnering with multiple funding sources and lenders with the ability to navigate multiple loan systems and processes.
