CurrentCurrently I'm working at the HR Shared Service Center at Daimler Truck AG in Stuttgart.I'm an expert for HR processes and I take care of the HR systems, which means inparticular the overall implementation of all HR processes in the HR system landscape.Standardization, efficient structuring and information architecture of HR processes is always a priority.I handle annually compensation/payment processes like tariff increase, bonus payout for managers or performance measurement.I support managers and employees in various HR related questions. I also work on HR projects or HR-IT projects, especially in the areas HR processes, HR systems, compensation, time management and HR policies.I have big experience in organizational management, in the coordination of trainings within HR and in change management.I'm working at the interface HR - IT, e.g. in the area of Demand Management, Release Management and Incident Management and I also have experience in data reporting, recruiting and communication within HR. I like working together with motivated and passionate people and to create solutions together in a team. I don't like working with people who complain about everything without offering a solution.
