For the last 20 years, I have focused on product management, marketing and customer centric sales around the automotive industry, especially in the field of laser processing, (laser-) marking, measurement and vision systems for automotive suppliers, manufacturers and tire manufacturers.For many years, I have been in charge of key accounts in the automotive industry, have worked out voice-of-the-customer-, market- and competitive analyzes and derived strategies: optimize supplier ranking, understand customer processes, offer customer-specific solutions and create added value for the customer with unique selling points.I am trained in actual sales strategies (Miller Heiman, Value-, SPIN Selling) using CRM systems as Salesforce/ Cobra, sales pipeline (forcast/reporting). I am used to generate high quality leads for regional/ international projects, identify/ characterize key decision makers, work together with intercultural sales and project teams in order to growth sales.I have extensive experience in the market entry for innovative technologies (start-up, new developments) and have successfully accompanied change processes in the case of site changes, mergers and acquisitions.
