    As the CIO I am part of the Executive Management Team where I am responsible for strategic IT and digitalization. My main responsibility is to drive the vision of how technology could/should be used to grow revenue and improve on current and future business models. I keep the management team informed of technology trends and possibilities and align the overall IT-strategy with the corporate strategy and goals. I inform the Board of Directors of strategic IT initiatives progression on a regular basis and am highly involved in creating the company business plan.I run a development heavy IT-department comprised of Projects & Development, Operations and Service Desk teams, creating and operating efficient and revenue generating solutions in close co-operation with the business. One of the IT-departments main responsibilities is driving product development of NetOnNets in-house e-commerce platform and deliver a user friendly, seamless and scalable omni-channel solution. Other overall responsibilities includes managing NetOnNets IT-project portfolio and IT budget, system procurement and implementation, information security and maintaining 24/7 operations.Key Achievments:• Responsible for the product development of a world class e-commerce platform• During 2016 and 2017 NetOnNet procured and implemented a companywide ERP solution under my supervision. The project launched successfully in November 2017.• Built a world class IT team with very high employee retention• Merged two IT-departments and consolidated IT-infrastructure when SIBA AB was merged into NetOnNet AB
