The leading career platform in sustainability and the largest sustainability network in Sweden. We strive to create opportunities for students to develop into change agents for sustainability in collaboration with the private, public and non-profit sectors. We specialize in making it easy to work with students by creating win-win-win collaborative formats and recruiting the right student for each format. We run our operations primarily through four concepts: recruitment of students and young professionals; students as sustainability consultants; an accelerator program; and an education program in sustainability through real-life cases. - I'm managing a social venture and key-tasks include, leadership, sales, strategy, business development, recruitment, finance, legal, public speaking, and more.- I have the pleasure of working with about 40 very talented co-workers (5 full-time employees and approx. 35 volunteers) across Sweden. Each and everyone critical for all our success. - Results include developing Sustainergies from a local student-project into the leading career platform in Sweden. We have provided opportunities for 2,500+ students in 400+ projects together with 400+ partners. We have created 500+ new jobs. Yearly growth-rate 40-50%, in both impact and turnover, purely through organic growth from sold services and business development.

- Worked on four different research projects for senior professors, often in international teams: (1) a study of migratory patterns of Atlantic salmon, (2) a study on fodder for aquaculture of Arctic char, (3) a long-term and international study on nitrogen-fixation of cultivated and native legumes, (4) a project on restoration of degenerated forest soil by plantation of nitrogen-fixing plats.- Performed various analysis, e.g. by MIT-spectrophotometer, after having collected, recorded and prepared the samples. - Improved my ability to organize work efficiently. Developed my knowledge of biology and research. - Summer-jobs and part-time jobs.

Ratio is an independent research institute studying entrepreneurship, conditions for firms and political change.- I studied success factors of gazelle companies to learn why they outperform >99% of Swedish companies.
