Realising that scaling impact is all about leverage, I used my experience as serial IT entrepreneur in Europe and social entrepreneur in Asia, to support governments globally to pivot private sector development towards social impact. After 15 years as serial IT entrepreneur in Europe, I followed my passion for sustainability and pioneered renewable energy and social entrepreneurship in South East Asia. In Thailand I co-founded Hilltribe Organics, the market leader in certified organic chicken eggs. In the Philippines, my consultancy firm ASEI incubated social enterprises and supported companies, policy makers and regulators to develop the solar energy and inclusive business market. Taking my Asian experience onto a global level, I joined GIZ, first with the Inclusive Business Action Network and now with the Alliance for Product Quality in Africa.
