Head Of Customer Success
Current- The Customer Success team originates from RISMA's Product Development and Adoption team and when that team was split into two, I was offered the position of being in charge of the Customer Success team. Responsibilities:
- Leading the Customer Success team and developing a world class team.
- Mentoring the different team members ensuring their professional and personal growth.
- Creating and implementing new internal procedures and manuals.
- Advocating for a customer-centric mindset in the management team and across the entire company.
- Overseeing the Danish customer portfolio focusing on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and successful implementations.
