Amidst Nordcloud's rapid expansion from approximately 600 to 2,000 employees since 2021, I collaborated with the leadership team to establish the Nordcloud Academy. This comprehensive, boot camp-style program was designed to align both new and existing employees with our processes and ways of working.The Academy primarily focuses on enhancing Sales and Delivery capabilities, ensuring that our growing team is well-prepared to meet business objectives. Under my guidance, the program successfully delivered over 50 workshops, training more than 1,200 participants. This initiative has played a crucial role in supporting Nordcloud's growth strategy by empowering our people to contribute effectively to the company’s ongoing success.

Zoi was my first step into the Cloud Consulting. We created a lot of cloud architectures and helped our customers with their cloud journey. With all the frills, administration of Networkservices as well as virtualization infrastructure. Outsourcing of SAP Systems, as well as maintaining the shipping hardware in the warehouse. There was nothing we did not do.Passion was the digitalization of internal processes and to see how that helped the people in their daily business. I studied beside the job in this time.
