6 years of experience in coaching and 3 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Proficient in Python, Catapult, Vald Force plates, and Microsoft Office. I currently live in Florida, where I got my Master's Degree and work as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Florida. I’m a former Elite swimmer with several National and All-Americans titles in my luggage. My time management skills allowed me to practice 20 hours a week and still had an almost perfect GPA. During my years as an elite athlete, I have learned to handle stress and still deliver results. To evolve, one must be adaptable and always be ready when something does not go as it should, I believe this is the greatest lesson from my sport. Besides being a student-athlete, I’ve worked as a tutor and been a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. I love helping people reach new levels no matter their experience, and no matter how small or significant the contribution is from my side. This is also why I started my own company, First Performance, to help athletes reach their full potential. I live by the mindset of "constant curiosity" and strive to share and gain knowledge every day, no matter the subject. To succeed with anything in life, you have to do the unexpected, the things that no one tells you to do, the little extra. I believe that’s what brought me to the level I was at as an athlete, and I have carried that attitude into my working career as well, no matter what I end up doing in life. Also, I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer.
