After acquiring pre-seed capital, we developed a viable BEX22 concept in a highly motivated and inspiring team; BEX22 is now being marketed to third parties that need to minimize credit application and the related risk assessment costs.

Headed and managed Austria-wide lending and deposit business of Santander Bank GmbH: consumer financing and distribution of provision products through financial services partners, trading partners, internet and the Austria-wide branch structure. • Managed B2B division (Consumer Finance), Marketing Product Management, Marketing Communication and Customer Experience Management divisions (additionally).• Digitization (“new banking”): Managed large-scale project for the digitization of all product-related processes of the bank, including various forms of identification, digital signature, 100% paperless processes, up-/ download functionalities in strategic cooperation with a Fintech.• Significantly contributed to the development of the short-, medium- and long-term overall corporate strategy, including the derivation of measures to achieve the goals set.
