Senior Vendor Risk Analyst, Lead
Current• Implementing the initial vendor performance management framework to ensure oversight of all vendors• Developing workflows to accurately aggregate vendor contract and risk data via various vendor management tools.• Ensuring flow of information between Risk Partners, Sourcing, Business Owners and Leadership, by expanding communication channels and developing dashboards• Implementing and fine-tuning due diligence tasks (such as financial viability, IT security, data privacy, and DR/BC capabilities) and developing resulting monitoring activities ensuing contract execution.• Monitoring and reporting on vendor performance to contract, proactively identifying areas for enhancement or correction or enhancement.• Developing a remediation plan with the vendor or implementing the vendor Exit Strategy• Identifying and tracking of vendor issue escalations and resolutions• Conducting account reviews to ensure business relationships are fostered and maintained.• Summarizing System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports• Developing internal measurements for vendor oversight• Liaison between the vendor, business unit, and Legal solving for solutions regarding contractual issues.
