TaktiFloor is a Business SpinOff from freiraum-europa, specialized on planning, consulting and the implementation of Accessibility into Public Spaces. The foundation of TaktiFloor became necessary after an increasing demand for our work became visible in 2014 that made it difficult for a NPO to also run a "Business" besides all its other involvements. So I was asked by the other members of the Executive of freiraum-europa (which I am still a member of) if I would like to take on the challenge to build up a new Business from scratch. So I took on the challenge to build up the company, recruit a new team of Experts and put the idea into reality. After serving as Vice-President Administration for EIDD already between 2007 and 2009, the Board of Directors of the then 32 Member Organizations made the decision to put me into the position of Vice-President again. They assigned me to take over the Finances of EIDD Design for All Europe and to serve as VP Finances on the Executive Board, that was elected in July 2013 in Avila, Spain, and re-elected again at the General Assembly in Milan, Italy, in June 2015. TheCompany was established to commercialise the production of Diesel Oil or Heating Oil fromPlastics, Waste Oil and Flushing Oil using the Technology of Fractional Depolimerization.The issues of energy and its supply are becoming increasingly important in our modern civilisation.In view of the Earth’s limited supplies of fossil fuels, it is urgent that these are used efficiently andthat regenerative and recyclable fuels find greater application.HS Waste 2 Energy has responded to this challenge by setting its sights on the marketing ofprocessing plants for organic materials.Since the Start Up in 2005 we were able to install Processing Plants in various countries all over theworld (e.g. Germany, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Mexico, United States, Malaysia). The success of the company led to the decision to take on an offer from a big international company to buy out the Shareholders in 2008.
