As Head of Customer Operations I am responsible for our customer operations development & execution on a top level, including projects and continuous services. I also work as an advisor for our customers and build advisory business at Lamia. I'm currently also acting Head of Development & Cloud leading a team of 50 architects, developers, cloud engineers and project managers.I am also part of Lamia Steering Group and participate in business development activities. As the Mobile & XR Practice Leader, I'm leading our Mobile & XR consulting practice both in Finland and in the Nordics. I'm responsible for building a strong mobile pipeline for our business and responsible for deepening and growing our mobile skills & capabilities. I also act as a business manager for our Mobile & XR practice people in Finland.In my role, I'm responsible for leading our Apple+IBM partnership in Nordics and work as a lead architect in our client projects transforming their business. However, my work is not purely focused on mobile as I have also e.g. worked with various client projects around digital transformation, enterprise architecture, microservices, cloud modernization, blockchain, data strategy, data platforms, agile delivery methods, design thinking and user experience. I have also led a bigger digital transformation program for an airline client. I'm also working as a Senior Solution Manager at IBM where my responsibility is to review, shape and approve our bigger solution proposals before they are sent to our clients to make sure they are competitive and follow the best practices.

As the Mobile and Apple + IBM country lead for GBS Finland, I was responsible for defining our market strategy and action plan for Mobile in Finland. I also worked as the single point of contact towards Apple in our Apple + IBM partnership and belonged to the Nordic Apple+IBM Leadership team contributing to the Nordic success in this area. Besides my go-to-market role, I also led a big digital transformation program for a client and worked as a lead architect in our client projects where we were implementing our mobile solutions to digitize client core businesses. My work was to design the overall solution and guarantee the technical delivery. This included both designing how the iOS app functions but also creating the architecture where nowadays focus is more and more on microservices and building a modular architecture on top of the systems of records.Besides my client facing roles, I acted as a practice and team lead for our Cloud Application Development and Complex SI & Architecture teams. I am also a certified scrum master.

I worked as a lead architect in an Apple + IBM Enterprise App program, where we implemented iOS apps for our client in Travel and Transportation industry. In this program I was responsible for the overall technical solution and ensured the technical delivery of our team. This included designing the overall architecture and solution, facilitating all the technical topics between the parties involved in the program, and solving all technical issues when they occurred.

I mainly worked with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects including Maximo as the core product. For example, I worked as a functional process lead in Energy and Utilities sector project acting as solution architect designing Maximo solutions for different areas. This included both designing Maximo features as well as identifying interfaces in detail between Maximo and several other applications. Besides designing solutions, I was also responsible for leading the implementation and defect management for these areas as well as delivering client key user trainings.During the project I was also the technical and functional lead for Maximo data migration team. This was one of the most complex Maximo data migrations done in Nordics. I was responsible for the whole data migration from legacy systems to Maximo.I was also part of a global team of 35 millennials working across IBM to enhance the client experience and employee engagement as well as part of a gIobal team of 14 millennials working to brainstorm ideas how we as IBM attract, recruit, and engage with our candidates and new IBMers.

When I was still finalizing my Master Degree studies at Aalto University School of Business, I worked as a trainee at IBM. I was working in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects as a Maximo consultant. I was mainly involved in Maximo data migration roles but I also designed Maximo reports, wrote Maximo user guides, performed testing and facilitated client key user trainings.

I am one of the founders of the company, which designs and implements customized cloud-based information systems for small and medium-sized enterprises in agile ways using several programming and markup languages such as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and XML. When working full-time in the company, I was involved in pretty much all day-to-day operations but my primary sphere of responsibility was our product and business development. I designed and developed the systems in close cooperation with clients, helping them to solve their challenges utilizing new IT systems. For example, we have developed a company-wide ERP system for a Finnish coffee roastery. The system is used to handle the full life-cycle of both B2C and B2B orders, starting from roasting and packaging, and ending to shipment and invoicing. It is also used by the management for profit margin calculations and to handle all raw material orders. The system is also integrated with multiple other applications through REST APIs. In another case we partnered with a company selling Finnish design furniture and designed a multichannel marketing campaign for them where it was implemented as a hybrid in-store and online/mobile store combination. A pop-up store was playing the role of a showroom where design furniture were available and NFC/RFID technology was used to provide more information for the customer on the products and the possibility to order products directly to their home address. We have also developed, for example, systems to handle water disturbances in Helsinki area, systems to track reservations and systems to manage training courses.As an entrepreneur, I had the privilege to gain a wide range of competencies from all parts of the system implementation project life-cycle, starting from defining system requirements with our clients and then actually developing and implementing systems to meet the requirements of our clients.
