I took part in organizing workshops for people who want to take a creative pause to figure out the next steps related to their career or other aspects of life. The methods we use are based on design thinking.

-Worked in close relations with the customer and handled many coordination responsibilities in a software implementation and development project-Investigated problems and bugs, listened to customer feedback and in co-operation with the developers planned solutions and development steps to improve the software and it's usability-Prioritized and assigned tasks for the project team members. I worked in a HR customer service center, where the tasks consisted in advisory and guidance of employees and managers via telephone and in writing regarding HR-issues and systems. Tasks consisted of personnel information processing in SAP HR system, the interpretation of pay slips, tax card processing, analysis of working hour entries, recording leave and absence, travel and expenses, preparing employment certificates as well as guidance on employment issues.

Implementation of a survey determining the current state of internal communications in the city organization and how it can be developed. I carried out a internal communication research by designing a survey that was forwarded to the city staff. I analyzed the results with SPSS-statistics and created materials for development purposes. I presented the results and development proposals to the city management. Other assigments: - I participated in the e-Welfare task force that was tasked with finding means and goals to improve the well-being of the residents- I organized hr-instructions to be in better shape and up to date.
