Part of my responsibilities included financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, cash flow projections, implementing monthly closing procedures together with the implementation of a new accounting software, and to change accounting principles from Swedish GAAP to IFRS. Further, I also had a central and active role in the divestment process.
