• Full responsibility and management of all revenue management strategies and implementation for Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago (4 Diamond property with 306 rooms, 2 outlets, room service and 18,000 square feet of meeting space);• Direct supervision of revenue manager and revenue practices for the Millennium Maxwell House Nashville (3-star property with 287 rooms and 22,000 square feet of meeting space);• Assumed direct revenue responsibilities during revenue manager’s absence for the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles (August 2008 - January 2009) (4-star hotel with 683 rooms and 70,000 sq feet of meeting space)• Provide back up support for any vacant revenue positions;• Creation of standardized revenue reporting and revenue tools for use throughout Millennium;• Direct support to the regional director of revenue management;• Training of all new revenue managers on corporate philosophies and use of tools including technology, forecasting and competitive benchmarking.

Responsible for electronic distribution strategies and implementation of strategies;Improved presence on hotel's reputation sites: improve hotel's ranking on Tripadvisor from 3rd page to 1st page within six months;Yielding transient and group business;Determine hotel selling strategies and implementation of strategies;Determine hotel room rates;Prepare room revenue forecasts and budgets;Directly responsible for philosophy, education, communication and adherence of revenue management throughout hotel at all levels;Responsible for regular revenue meetings;Responsible for reservation department (1 manager and 3 agents);Proven results include regular RevPAR-Index increases: (2002: +6.0 points, 2003: +9.9 points, 2004: +1.6 points, 2006: -1.0 points, 2007: +3.8 points, 2008: -39.5 points, 2009: +62.4 points; Decreases represent years of major room renovations: Q1 2006 work took out of inventory a third of all rooms and from January through August 2008 half of all rooms.
