• Direct supervision of revenue manager and revenue practices for the Millennium Maxwell House Nashville (3-star property with 287 rooms and 22,000 square feet of meeting space);
• Assumed direct revenue responsibilities during revenue manager’s absence for the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles (August 2008 - January 2009) (4-star hotel with 683 rooms and 70,000 sq feet of meeting space)
• Provide back up support for any vacant revenue positions;
• Creation of standardized revenue reporting and revenue tools for use throughout Millennium;
• Direct support to the regional director of revenue management;

Responsible for electronic distribution strategies and implementation of strategies;Improved presence on hotel's reputation sites: improve hotel's ranking on Tripadvisor from 3rd page to 1st page within six months;Yielding transient and group business;Determine hotel selling strategies and implementation of strategies;Determine hotel room rates;Prepare.
