We develop and perfect a self-learning algorithm that automated the data entry in ERP/Accounting software in the process of registering financial documents.Our product of pride is AzoraOne API - and we partner with software companies that use this service to provide their customers with top of the line self-learning automation - embedded in their own software.

We take some major steps becoming Sweden's biggest private owned distributor of medicine to the healthcare sector, with an anual revenue of 2,5billion SEK. The young company is growing up, trying on the suit it takes to be responsible for the distribution of medicine to millions of swedes. So many brilliant people, so many customers to thank. Personally, now leading teams of sales managers and reps in different cities and customer segments, I have probably learned more during this period than any other part of my life. (Yup, still a bunch of mistakes, trials and so on - but I guess we got a few things right!)

Years of super success! From 0 to 1.7 billion SEK in anual revenue. (And oh yes, still a bunch of trial and error along the way).We made some customers pretty happy those years. Notably a major digitizasion in swedish healthcare making e-prescription standard for dentists and veterinarians.The thought of leading the team of super hungry sales reps those years still make me warm and cosy inside!

Start up; a few guys in a room. The pharmacy market in Sweden is deregulated, letting private actors in on the scene. We take our first steps, fail & learn a lot - and get our first customers.Still rememeber carrying the first delivery to our first customer; the first steps towards becoming the largest pharma e-commerce player in the nordics were actually taken pretty manually.

I started at this school helping a young kid with hemiplegia. I also hopped in as teacher when other teachers were abcent and pretty soon I had this full time gig as a teacher in swedish and english for a bunch of 13-15-year olds. I had no education (other than both my parents being teachers..) but there was, I guess, a labour shortage at the time. Still, for my future role in sales, this was experience worth more than 3 years of cold calling in some telemarketing firm - I am 100% sure! Making the tough kids from the rough neighborhoods motivated in learning language - that is the toughest sales job I have ever had!

I got my first job at this distribution hub where newspapers were actually printed. I got my hands dirty and worked long nights for the (in my young mind) very nice pay checks. I became the boss of the department leading a team of 50-year old, not very motivated workers that hated their job - the toughest manager job in my career. For a couple of years I daily read the biggest christian newspaper, Swedens biggest business newspaper 2-3 very left wing publications and a few more. That taught me there are always different points of view of the happenings in the world, small and big. Take it in folks - and think for yourself!
