• Client Service Representative with Direct Custody.This role involves;
• Management of portfolio of clients daily trading activity, fails managements, cash processing and account reconciliations. (EQ, FI, SBL (OTC/ OnEx) Lending)
• Answering client's inquiries received via email and telephone in an efficient and effective manner, respecting SLA's.
• Developing and maintaining excellent client contacts supported by regular client calls.
• Proactively informing clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and providing regular updates to resolution of issue.
• Liaising closely with internal and external parties including Front Office, Transfer Agents, Vendors and Client Executives.
