The IL Terrazzo, a Brazilian Churrascaria themed BBQ & Grill Restaurant.Also in charge of the 24/7 In-room dining, the Cafe Royal and the Lobby lounge.Hands on training & Development of Kitchen personnel, Menu engineering, Menu design & implementation, Setting standards and implementing of same, Plating guides, setting HACCP standards and follow up, Foodcost control, Inventory control, Budgeting, Capex, etc.
