Markus Michel looks back on more than 17 years of experience with computer systems and related soft- and hardware.Before he entered the computer games industry, he has been working in the support department of a large producer of networking technologies and has given advice to various individuals and middle-class companies regarding IT systems, networks, webdesign and other computer-related topics.In 2005, he started his career in the computer games industry at Sunflowers Entertainment GmbH in Germany, where he worked as quality assurance engineer for titles as Paraworld, 1701 A.D. as well as mobile versions of the 1701. A.D. franchise.At the beginning of 2008, he started working as a project manager at Keyfactor Entertainment GmbH, where he was in charge of project management as well as localization and content management.During the following years, Markus has been working at Limbic Entertainment GmbH in the position as project manager and game designer.In this position, he was responsible for project management, task assignment, and team organization, as well as creating game concepts and game designs.In addition, he was in charge of creating GUI concepts or optimizing existing ones in regards of usability and user experience.Furthermore his profound knowledge in regards of music and audio was asked for often, when it came to creating sounds and musical assets within the development of Limbic' Entertainment's games.In 2013, he decided to give a break to developing games and took an opportunity to work as a system developer at Milano Engineering GmbH with focus on developing soft- and hardware solutions for interactive multimedia presentations.With the start of 2016, Markus joined Betterbits GmbH as lead mobile developer.
