Owing a strong background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, KAM, Consulting, Purchasing and Customer Service I explore and apply my commercial, managerial, and personal experience in a responsible, trustworthy, entrepreneurial, and positive manner to leverage the best out of every situation. As Business Manager Flexible Packaging EIMEA at H.B. Fuller, I was responsible for the management and further development of the business at EIMEA region to strenghten and to expand our market position by setting up, leading and exploring ways and visions of implementing adhesives solutions into the flexible packaging industry. Having had a close lock to markets, needs and technologies I managed to build a strong competitive portfolio, maximized gross profit by implementing measures through resources and costs optimization. I am driven by being a strong business partner, helping my team to become successful, inspiring others, enjoying networking, making a difference, building trust, contributing to leadership in sustainability/ food safety and creating sustainable value for our planet, our business, and the humanity.Since nearly 3 years, Switzerland is our wonderful home of choice. Coming from a family business, it is normal for me to bear responsibility, be entrepreneurial, generate networks, develop, and expand markets. I demonstrate my emphatic, team-orientated leadership qualities daily, in line with my credo: "Leading by example".
