I’ve always been a problem solver at heart, and the more important the problem the better. Business-wise, that means I love tackling big challenges, particularly in start-up or turn-around situations. Role-wise, my passion is hands-on operating positions where important work is actually getting done. And above all I love brining data and analysis to bear to solve important problems. My specific areas of expertise are in financial and operational planning, marketing and brand management, and technology & data-driven business operations. But my real passion is education. After a number of years volunteering or doing projects in the sector (and a successful career in the private sector), I'm now working full-time in the world of K-12 education. I'm the President at Caliber Public Schools, a successful charter school organization, and I'm excited to be part of a wonderful team that and supporting our students and their families and communities!So if you're also in the Bay Area charter school sector, or are interested in learning about getting into it, let me know.
