Responsible for the design and delivery of appropriate HR solutions to support the set-up and international scale-up of the new categories business.- HR lead supporting the establishment of the New Categories business unit by brining together Tobacco Heating, Vapour and medicinally licensed nicotine product teams, defining and implementing new ways of working and realising synergies where appropriate. - Co-authored establishment and drove implementation of employer brand for New Categories business.Supported the growth of the UK vaping business via capability building and integration of acquired businesses to become the UK’s most successful vaping brand (Vype).- Acted as a trusted partner during international expansion of tobacco heating and vapour category by liaising with local HR teams to support local implementation.

Programme TaO was BAT’s biggest organisational transformation programme to date, implementing a new target operating model, integrated systems and processes at a global level. After successful completion of Graduate Programme, promoted to HR Executive reporting to the Programme Head of HR. Responsible in ensuring that appropriate people management solutions were in place and delivered within the context of the programme, as well as cultural and organisational priorities for BAT.- Oversaw and managed the TaO resourcing process, identified issues affecting resourcing on the Programme and developed solutions to mitigate the risks.- People managed the TaO resourcing administrator.- Provided HR business partnering support for ~100 employees and ~200 contractors globally, including Employee Relations, Talent and Performance Management, Recruiting and Reward initiatives.
