Bassadone Automotive Nordic was established in 1997 and concentrates on distribution of cars, spare parts and accessories. Our operations cover both Finland and the Baltic countries.We distribute Citroen, Dacia, DS, Hyundai, Isuzu, Lotus, Peugeot, Renault, Suzuki and SsangYong –brands.

As project coordinator for B2B spare parts sales related projects my main achievements were:- Developed & Launched internal Business Intelligence database/reporting dashboard and online parts sales reporting dashboard for 4 Hyundai/Kia distributors- Launched online B2B e-commerce platform (partslink24) for 18 Hyundai/Kia distributors- Established daily data feed interfaces with 30 major DMSs in Europe (for >400 dealers)- Supported implementation of automated parts ordering system IRIS for 17 Hyundai/Kia distributorsMy other key tasks were:- Communication & coordination with internal technical team, various data processing agencies and Data Service Providers (DSP).- Data analysis/validation and monitoring daily data flows and taking remedial actions in case of system/data failure- Induction and Training for new employees in the team, coaching Working Students- Providing training for colleagues and Hyundai/Kia distributors- Preparing ad-hoc reports and detailed analysis by using internal database (SQL), Excel based simulations and PowerPoint reports- Content preparation & coordination with creative marketing agencies for Dealer Guidelines, brochures and various point of-sale materialEmployee level development:- Advisor 11/2013 - 12/2014- Senior Advisor 01/2015 - 07/2017
