Managing operation at advanced FMCG environment, providing packaging service to P&G (the only customer) in the biggest worldwide packaging plant of blades and razors (60 packaging lines, 200 families of product converted to 800 SKU’s); annual volume of packaging as 2,7 billion units.Operation’s dimension: total number of subordinates 1100, + 500 temporary.

Managing operation of two sub-divisions (Picture Tubes Plant and Optoelectronic Components Plant) in TDP sp.z o.o., company owned by Videocon Industries Ltd. India. Resposibility for definition of business strategy in extremely difficult shrinking market and declining technology. Managing restructuring process with its all elements: cost reduction.

Managing overal aspects of plant technical activities including process, new, products, equipment engineering, investment. Definition and execution of programs aiming to product competitiveness in terms of quality, cost and used manufacturing means

Program ensured successful regaining of product profitability after significant market collapse and price drop at the end of decade. The key elements were: change of organization structure, headcount optimization, overheads cost reduction, lean manufacturing philosophy implementation. Program delivered improvement of turnover by 47% and productivity.
