As a bonus, I am also fluent in Java/JEE, c++, and Rust programming languages, with a solid background in data structures, algorithms, networking protocols, service-tier caching, and both SQL and NoSQL persistence solutions.I very often jump in to help with build systems (Jenkins, ant, make), the tool chain (code generation, file format optimization, deployment), and assisting newer teammates in becoming productive with the code project layout, repository systems such as git, Perforce, or Subversion, and task/bug tracking tools such as Pivotal, Jira/Greenhopper, Bugzilla, or company-developed alternatives.I'm a big promoter of Agile team culture and direct communication among the team and across departments via wikis and chat rooms. At my current and previous employer, I act as the resident Scrum Master for daily stand-ups and end-of-sprint retrospectives.
