Mark is one of the founding partners of Radancy Netherlands (formerly known as Maximum Netherlands) and has developed strategic and digital solutions for more than 50 of the 250 largest companies in the Netherlands (including ASML, Philips, Shell, Aegon, Deloitte and VodafoneZiggo). Next to that, he has extensive experience in the non-profit and public sector, being responsible for the talent acquisition of the Dutch Ministry of Defence, the Dutch IRS, the Police Academy and various large healthcare organisations among others. As a consultant for Radancy, Mark advises the management team, develops and implements talent acquisition technology and advises on compliance, risk management and security. Mark is a digital native who combines advanced technology, strong associative and analytical thinking with his broad interest in human psychology and the drivers of society. Besides his passion for hiking with his family in desolate areas, he is involved in society's transition to a sustainable and self-sufficient lifestyle. In the heart ofthe Krimpenerwaard, he has built an almost entirely circular and autarkic living environment in which technologically innovative solutions and diligent manual labour go hand in hand.
