Translation of customer needs into tailor made control system solutions in order to realize maximum energy savings and validation of these savings. These solutions use both Philips and 3rd party products and consist of control systems, lighting fixtures and monitoring systems. Next to these tailor made solutions I’m also involved in creation of propositions that allow the country organizations to market lighting systems using a standardized approach.

Responsible for aftersales Led Display activities (sole owner)• Manages service contracts with clients and TPN, customer database, technical TPN training, on-site technical support, helpdesk support, service supply chain, RMA parts repair cycle, service warehouse, project manager support, on-site commisioning• Supporting international after sales field support, solving problems locally in complex cases that cannot be solved by the local after sales team.• Solving problems as part of ‘global complaint handling’ process. • Organising and arranging that complaint handling process can make use of reliable information in order to be able to help the end user fast and in a correct way.• Making decisions on financial settlement of issues.• Identifying training requirements, organising trainings for local Customer Care and presenting these trainings oneself.• Communicating quality issues with suppliers and factories and coordinating corrective actions necessary with customer care organisations concerned. (Inspections, repair activities, recall actions.)• Defining spare parts and calculating stock during service period.• Supporting Business Units and factories in case of safety problems. (Risk Analysis)• Supporting the product creation process with regard to service and user-friendliness (FMEA)
