For multiple EU markets I ensured a timely and accurate short to mid-term production plan (12 months rolling) in alignment with market demands and factory capacity to supply markets as efficiently as possible. Systematic inventory monitoring, timely escalation and problem solving to eliminate deviation from targets and coordinating a minimum of Loss on Goods Destroyed (LOGD). One of my key achievements was successfully planning the UK market through multiple phases of Brexit.

Kathmandu, Nepal

After the earthquakes in Nepal in April 2015 I joined All Hands and Hearts in their early recovery program for three months. In teams we removed rubble of collapsed houses, constructed temporary class rooms at schools, improved IDP camps and constructed (temporary) homes. Besides all physical labour I also set up crowdfunding, organised small fundraiser events and set up a used clothes collection program with a local NGO.

In 2013 and 2014 I travelled through India, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, New Zealand, The Philippines, again Nepal (I just love it!), Hong Kong and China. For one of the biggest B2B IT resellers in The Netherlands I started in new business development. Focusing on a new segment in the market I quickly had success and acquired over a hundred customers within my first year. As a result I was promoted to account manager in my second year. For an account set representing 100 customers and a worth of 5mio EUR per year I was commercially responsible for account management, project management and optimization of share of wallet, turnover and profitability.

The DHL site in Nijmegen focused on healthcare/pharmaceutical accounts. In a team we were responsible for management and support for key accounts Siemens Healthcare and Bayer Healthcare. My main activities were customer support, administration, executing logistic processes, troubleshooting and reporting to senior management and customers.
