Managed the Model-Based Manufacturing development efforts (IT) within Aviation Supply Chain as they tied to Brilliant Factory and Digital Thread initiatives.

Focal point for PLM, Model-Based Manufacturing for our component manufacturing Supply Chain. Financial responsibility for strategic projects and initiatives surrounding PLM, manufacturing data collection & analytics, and Additive Manufacturing projects. Collected and managed Performance and Availability data for the Aviation Supply Chain IT operation.

Morris Technologies and our sister company, Rapid Quality Manufacturing, were acquired by GE Aviation Supply Chain in November of 2012. My role is that of IT Leader for both of these sites within GE Aviation Supply Chain. I direct the efforts of my personnel and interface with GE's integration team as we merge both companies into the IT infrastructure of GE Corporate and GE Aviation.

I started with Morris as a Network Administrator. As the company grew and our I.T./I.S. needs grew, we expanded our department. I assumed the role of Information Technology Manager and we added additional personnel to help with the increased growth and workload.During my tenure I lead a number of projects that increased the efficiency of our organization. These included the complete network design and implementation for an additional facility, the deployment of our ERP/MRP system, and the implementation (and subsequent upgrades) of a PLM solution for our Engineering group.

I assisted with network management for MFM in conjunction with my duties at Morris Technologies. I no longer actively support MFM's network, however I do still hold a failsafe/emergency support role should they require my assistance.

I was a network admin for the Northern Kentucky facility until its closure in 2004.

As a Field Engineer, my responsibility was the design and implementation of medical management systems hardware, network (LAN/WAN/VPN), and telecommunication technologies. I also was part of the rotation that provided tier 1 - 3 support for clients of PBSI's technical solutions.
