Ensure active dialogue with all counterparts in relation to the successful processing of entitlements, this includes Middle Offices, Agents, Issuers, Custodians, Portfolio Managers etc... Responsible for building and maintaining both internal and external relationships, where applicable. Ensure errors and omissions are maintained at an absolute minimum. Escalate all critical issues identified to the management team to ensure risk containment and client satisfaction Add new CA events (both Mandatory and Voluntary) to the Pending Actions Log based on the notices received. Keep the log updated and inform Middle Offices for any time-sensitive amendments. Inform each respective counter party, via email, that all notices for the day are saved and logged. Track down missing notices and ensure all notifications are received before the deadline date. Send CA responses to the custodian banks using agreed upon method (via fax, email, online resources etc). Confirm with each custodian bank that the sent responses were received and accepted for processing. Follow-up with the Middle Offices when there are outstanding responses near deadline. Ensure all accounts are responded accurately and timely. Run all required daily reports (by location) and save them electronically in the central shared drive. Send daily sign-off emails to Middle Offices.
