PCMS RBI, Data Validation, SAP Link Project Manager. Developed PCMS training manual and trained facility staff. Provided technical support for the BP TCR Inspection Renewal Program (IRP). Creation and maintenance of the Observation Management Database. Assisted in the creation and roll-out of the Safety Observation Database used to manage field safety.

Responsible for the Reliability Engineering and Inspection Departments. Developed the TIMAC reliability data portal, web based PMI software, oversaw inspection aspects for the execution of the largest capital project in company history, worked with PCMS in the development phase of the PCMS/RBI module for Version 7. Underwent a 6 month OSHA NEP audit where.

Supervision of 12 Area and 10 Contract Inspectors for a 360,000 barrel per day Oil Refinery. Responsible for all inspection activities related to stationary pressure containing equipment. Creation of many data centric tools utilized to streamline workscope development and management.

Area inspector responsible for the FCCU complex. Managed all routine and turnaround inspection activities.

Area inspector responsible for the FCCU complex. Managed FCCU/Alky T/A. Recipient of ACE Award for utilization of ultrasonic listening device to determine tube bundle leaks prior to removing exchangers from service.
