I am a licensed land surveyor in Ma and CT, providing services to Architects, Attorneys, Developers, State and Local Municipalities, Site Contractors and property owners. I have experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Layout, Deformation Monitoring, Conservation Restrictions, Easements, Flood Elevations, Property Divisions, Boundary Disputes, preparation of MassDOT Base Plans, Preliminary Right of Way, Layouts and documentation.I have been actively involved in Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE) for over 35 years. I was chairman of a Planning Board for 20 years and am now act as their Planning Adviser. I am also a Notary Public for over 20 years.
