Directed planning, execution, global deployment and performance quality of enterprise level operational improvement projects. Established enterprise-wide contract start-up standardization and improvement process, which led to the successful staffing of a program team (approximately 90 cleared IT professionals), which began operations in Afghanistan and Kuwait within the required 90 days, while establishing a profitable business case.o Published the organizational policy and procedural guidance for contract phase-ins to include planning job aids and checklists for every corporate function.  Led the planning, execution, and incorporation of a new joint venture company with an international partner, resulting in new entity ready for business in April 2020 even with COVID restrictions and government processing delays.o Formed and led a cross functional team to establish the initial incorporation plan to include identifying all required milestones and constituent activities to establish the new company. Directed operations and performance quality of Information Technology and Network Communications programs operating at sites worldwide totaling $280M in annual sales with 2500 employees.  Upon assuming a leadership role, restored integrity of a contract and maintained continuity of operations by evaluating investigation reports with senior corporate leadership due to a pending complaint and formed a new leadership team. o Avoided potential fines or early termination of the $200M a year contract.o Reinforced organizational standards of conduct and management expectations.o Re-established ethics compliance training sessions for all personnel.o Conducted regular townhall style meetings and provided appropriate updates to approximately 900 personnel at 30 operating locations across seven countries in order to maintain mission focus and reinforce the importance of ethical behavior.
