As part of the leadership team (Board of Directors) for the organisation, my areas of focus were in architecture (IT Systems and Infrastructure) and product development. I led (and participated in) the product development team to deliver a cloud-based platform for business leaders to build resilience in their organisation; and the architecture team to deliver an organisational structure and business systems that enabled the organisation to be flexible and resilient.I also worked directly with customers to help them to design the architecture of their business and a framework for innovating their products using our methodology and supporting guidance & tools.ADAPT By Design helps entrepreneurs build sustainable, resilient organisations using a total systems approach. Key Achievements: Analysed internal project and document management requirements and designed and implemented a system utilising Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 best-practice SDLC procedures. Designed and implemented improvements to the sales opportunity tracking system utilising the Pivotal CRM system to better facilitate triage processes, inter-departmental cross-selling opportunities and forecast reporting. Designed and implemented Support Issue Tracking system utilising the Pivotal CRM system with integrated email management and an escalation system to the R & D department. Analysed the internal recruitment business processes and designed a system utilising the Pivotal CRM system to enable these processes and manage all information received and generated pertaining to recruitment of staff. Designed and implemented the acQuire website utilising ASP.NET to transform XML through XSL Stylesheets into POSH XHTML 1.1 Strict with CSS and accessible JavaScript (no longer available). Assisted in the design and implementation of a content management system allowing end-user staff to maintain and update the content of the aforementioned website.

Designed and implemented major infrastructure work for a small company (of 25) expanding into a medium sized business (of 120), including:Migration to Active Directory environment.Established IPSEC/L2TP VPN solution for access for road warriors and regional office connections.Established DHCP / DNS infrastructure to assist with both VPN / AD environments.Administered 50+ Windows desktops / laptops and 20+ servers in a mixed Windows Server / Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment, including management of 8+ of SQL Server instances.Initiated, designed and implemented Pivotal CRM on SQL Server 2000 backend managing all Business Development processes including Contact / Customer management, Opportunities Tracking, Sales Order Capture, Marketing and Training Event management and a custom-designed and custom-built Licensing and Key Inventory and Transfer management sytem.
