-Management and maintenance of 1000 acres of mitigation preserves for long-term success.-Experience surveying for nesting birds, California tiger salamander, California red-legged frog, burrowing owl, and others.-Experience compliance monitoring on a variety of construction sites.-Experience conducting field work and writing reports for nesting bird surveys, construction monitoring, biological assessments, long-term resource management, and mitigation monitoring.

-Operated a laser cutter, a plasma cutter, and robotic welding arm to produce custom parts for automotive component racks.-Worked in all facets of production including milling, welding, assembly, and delivery of component racks.

-Diagnosed unhealthy trees and proposed treatment plans.-Worked on small teams reinforcing, pruning, and removing trees. -Assumed many different roles including tree climber, chainsaw operator, and chipper operator.

- Taught introductory belay classes, technique classes for all skill levels, and outdoor climbing skills classes requiring varying levels of technical explanations. - Led trips of up to 20 novice students on climbing, backpacking, and paddling trips up to a week in length.

-Managed 150 acre ecological preserve on a team of four carrying out bird and small mammal surveys and identifying and removing invasive species.-Led volunteer groups and answered visitor’s questions about the local ecosystem.-Digitized 20 years of survey data.
