• Led the Sears Canada account (sears.ca), one of Canada's largest retail e-commerce properties at the time. Provided strategy, product roadmap consultation, and financial management. Managed contracts and negotiations.
• Formed and led Nurun Toronto's internal culture team, building initiatives to define Nurun’s Core Values and integrate them into daily operations—ensuring consistency between the defined Core Values and operational.
• Despite significant turmoil in early 2011, helped to rebuild and strengthen the relationship with Sears so that in August 2011, Nurun became the first vendor in Sears Canada’s history to work on a dedicated retainer.
• Led the Sears account team to win the prestigious Sears “Partners In Progress” award for business excellence in 2011.
• Pitched and won the contract to develop Sears Canada’s entire mobile presence, including an e-commerce enabled mobile site, and transactional native apps for iOS and Android. At the time, this was the largest mobile.
• Pitched and won a 3-year engagement with the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO).

• Built the company from the ground up, successfully producing hundreds of multilingual projects and digital campaigns for dozens of North America’s most recognizable retail and consumer brands
• Produced award-winning e-learning programs for key clients. Accolades include several OTTER awards for e-learning excellence, and an internal award from RBC for Best Managed Project of the Year.
• Designed and constructed a Digital Asset Management and Delivery system for Alliance Atlantis. This new system replaced several third-party and custom solutions, drastically reducing operating overhead and eliminating.
• Featured guest on CNN Radio for an hour-long discussion on entrepreneurship and cloud computing.
• Winner of the FITC 2010 Best Canadian Studio Website award.
