I act for a range of corporates providing audit and assurance and strategic advice, with annual turnovers as high as £600M down to £100K, in addition to new start-up businesses. My specialisms include property, art and design, commodities, as well as professional service and wholesale firms. These vary widely from stand-alone companies, up to large groups with complex structures and those operating overseas.I also look after a variety of organisations in the Not-For-Profit sector encompassing welfare, arts and religious charities, as well as trade unions and pension schemes. In addition to compliance matters, I partner these organisations on strategic matters throughout the year, assisting their development, understanding issues from their perspective, and providing commercial advice that is responsive, practical and realistic.
