    In March 2019 I was appointed as Ricoh’s National Bid Manager for Managed Print Services, extending my responsibilities beyond BDM for IT Services and Digital Transformation Solutions (see below), to now also supporting the Major Account, Enterprise and Commercial sales teams across New Zealand responding to RFP requests for Managed Print Services.This extension of my role added the following national responsibilities:- Working with the relevant Product Managers and Specialists to develop and maintain market-leading bid and presentation sales collateral for all Ricoh lines of business- Working with the Account Manager to own the production of market-leading bids and presentations for major deal opportunities- Coordinating and managing the bid response to place Ricoh in a leading position to win these services against our competitorsDuring this time, some notable goals were achieved:- Creation of response content and overall management of the response to RFP requests for at least 25 major potential customers, with an over-65% win rate and total services value of over $30million- Development of a full content library to support future bid responses, using standardised contemporary content across all bids- Preparation of base templates and response resources to assist customers in going-to-market for Managed Print ServicesNote that the other responsibilities as Business Development Manager for IT Services and Digital Transformation Solutions in the Dunedin market (see details below) continued as part of this expanded role.
