At GSBA I was responsible for leading a team of front and back end developers working to produce high quality web systems to meet and exceed client requirements. My day-to-day work would consist of planning and working on multiple web projects and leading the team to ensure work was completed in time and within budget. I would oversee day-to-day quality control of code and run continuous integrations while adopting an Agile development process across the development department.Within my work I would often be architecting and implementing code, systems and functionality to meet requirements whilst ensuring efficient and maintainable code.
