Assetz Development Capital is focussed on residential development funding (prime London and regional) and student accomodation projects.For Lenders:- Assetz Capital allows lenders to reduce investment risk by spreading their funds across a wide range of investments. Lenders can typically earn interest rates of 5-15% per annum, on investments of as little as £20, through loan syndicates with other lenders. Security is taken for loans and a professional default and recovery management team is in place.

Most importantly it proved that Stoys was a great place and I made some good friends whilst training - although I moved on from Auditing as soon as i was qualified.
