Global Head Of Business Development And Strategic Services
Following on from Clinigen's acquisition of Idis I was responsible for global growth of Clingen's core business of Comparator sourcing - and area in which Clinigen is a global market leader.I was responsible for the creation, development and implementation of key strategic services that added value to the core offering including Demand Driven Labeling and Distribution, Ancillary supply and Direct to Site distribution. After the successful integration of the Clinigen CTS and Idis CTS teams and delivering on sales targets and implementation strategy I was promoted to Global Head of CTS.
Head Of Clinical Trial Procurement
In my role as Head of Clinical Trial Procurement at Idis I lead a team that worked with Pharma and Biotech partners to implement tailored strategic solutions for access to comparator drugs. During this time I oversaw the structure and creation/revision of a suite of SOPs to streamline operations. I implemented agreements with clients in the EU and the US that provided over $100m of additional revenue to the organization. The CTS team achieved significant YoY growth and I was presented with two annual awards in recognition of contributions to the business.
