Senior Systems Engineer leading a 25 member Systems Administration Team in the 26NOS. Provided day-to-day monitoring and managing of the Air Force Network Gateway System. Directed actions of a team consisting of VM, UNIX, Tier I, Tier II, Backup, Storage and Development sub teams. Advised the customer on complex technical issues, and applied technical skills to maximize server and application availability. Served as Maintenance Flight Lead for two years.
