With over 13 years’ experience at the Department for Work and Pensions, my career has penetrated a wide reaching range of roles including Team Leading, Training, Customer Service and Business Process Engineering. I have always delivered consistently good results in all of my guises, and have taken great pleasure in my latest role, developing a group of apprentices to become a top performing team within the business.
