Mark is a Senior Principal in Mercer's Career Products business, based out of the Mercer Louisville office. Mark leads a team of Product Managers and oversees the US Mercer Benchmark Database/Total Remuneration Survey along with several large general industry practices surveys including Mercer QuickPulse, Compensation Planning, Compensation Policies & Practices and Incentive Plan Design. He also supports several industry groups covering areas such as automotive, high tech, financial services and professional services. Mark also has extensive experience with customized performance and reward benchmarking.

Managed the Latin America compensation survey program for McLagan, covering Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Private Equity, Retail Banking and Infrastructure. Performs consulting assignments for clients, including customized performance / reward benchmarking, job profiling, plan design (e.g. deferral schemes and long-term plans) and regulatory reporting. Served as a relationship manager for Financial Services firms operating in Latin America. Previously managed the Consulting Services survey program. Promoted to Director in March 2016.

Assisted with the planning and execution of various event marketing projects. Conducted market research, made preliminary outreach to and setup qualified leads for a manufacturing company's sales force. Contributed to ION Maketing’s internal business development team by identifying prospective clients and making initial outreach.

Conducted competitive intelligence and market research for large U.S. based pharmaceutical and medical device corporations to determine market entry feasibility in the U.S. and select Latin American and European countries. Compared and contrasted pharmaceutical sales force structures and utilized performance metrics to determine best practices. Oversaw and managed multiple Junior Analysts. Completed numerous business proposals for corporations in a variety of industries and markets. Assisted in the recruitment of and led company induction trainings for new analysts.
