My initial focus was to unite the online & print creative with one voice that could translate the client’s needs to the artists in a way that would still stimulate the artists to do incredible work, on time and under budget yet still meet the client’s needs. Complete creative campaigns were done for all ads & packaging as they all needed to be rendered from A to Z while very little reference was usually provided during the project's development phase. A unique understanding of the key art concepting, assembly and finishing process was required. Thorough & complete storyboard presentations really focused the creative process for the online group, and presenting previous samples alongside the boards really heightened (yet managed) the client’s expectations.
