Work independently using sound clinical judgment and use all policies and procedures as a guide. Conduct weekly team meeting to discuss progress and difficulties with clinical supervisor. Documenting all encounters in CPRS and use Microsoft Office to develop spreadsheet and write memorandums. Ensure form 10-2633 “Report of Special Incident Involving Beneficiary” is completed on all injured Veterans. The goal is Veteran First.
